Lee Martin was born and raised in West Virginia, eventually making his way to South Jersey with stops in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut along the way. Through years of experience in worship ministry, Lee honed his skills in audio, video, and lighting, often serving as a worship director and technical director at the same time. He has a vision to help churches, schools, and other small to medium venues make the most of their often limited resources, creating systems and solutions that provide high quality AVL at affordable prices.

Lee has a passion for musical theater, working with multiple organizations as a technical director, musical director, AVL systems designer, and show programmer. He loves to “make the magic happen” while providing a professional stage environment where actors, singers, and dancers can showcase their gifts and feel the joy of bringing characters to life.

Lee is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist playing keyboard, guitar and bass. His experience as a worship leader and musician brings a helpful perspective to his AVL work, understanding the needs of both those on stage and in the tech booth.

Lee and his wife Jessica are blessed with three children… the oldest working in musical theater, the middle pursuing a degree in animation, and the youngest dreaming of playing in the NHL!
